You can request the deletion of your Trattoria by Andreas account and the personal data linked to it. No login or app installation is required to submit a request.
What will be deleted
The following will be
permanently deleted within 30 days of your verified request:
- Your name, surname, phone number, email address, and date of birth
- Your loyalty points balance and tier
- All active and used vouchers issued to your account
- Your transaction / scan history
- Your push-notification token (if any)
What may be retained
We may retain a
de-identified, anonymous record of:
- Aggregate transaction totals (no link back to you) — for Thai accounting/tax compliance only.
- Security and abuse logs — for up to 12 months, then automatically purged.
No identifiable personal data will remain.

Your deletion request has been recorded. We have sent a confirmation to your email (if provided) and to our team.

We will action your request within 30 days as required by applicable data-protection law. If we need to verify your identity before deleting, we will contact you at the email or phone number you provided.
If you change your mind, simply email info@trattoria-huahin.com and quote your reference number — we can cancel the request any time before the 30-day window closes.
